Currently, The Integrix operates as a fully remote company exclusively within India. This policy reflects our dedication to leveraging this model for optimal performance and employee satisfaction.

This policy applies to all full-time and part-time employees of The Integrix operating in India.

Our workplace culture is built on the following principles:

  • Accommodation of Practices:

    We will make reasonable accommodations for employees' sincerely held religious or spiritual beliefs and practices, including but not limited to:

    • Flexible scheduling for daily prayers or observance times.
    • Accommodation for religious holidays and festivals, which can be taken using standard leave policies or, where applicable, Personal Focus Days (see Section 7).
    • Allowing for religious attire or grooming practices, provided they do not pose a safety hazard or undue hardship.
  • Respectful Environment: Employees are expected to treat each other's beliefs with respect and refrain from imposing their own beliefs on others. Proselytizing in the workplace is not permitted. Any violations will attract severe consequences.
  • Confidentiality: Requests for religious accommodations will be handled with confidentiality and sensitivity.

We embrace flexible working hours to allow employees to tailor their workday around their personal commitments and peak productivity times, while ensuring business needs are met.

  • Core Hours (Guideline): While we promote asynchronous work, teams may establish suggested "core hours" for collaborative meetings or synchronous communication. However, flexibility around these hours is encouraged and should be discussed within teams.
  • Communication: Employees are expected to communicate their working hours and availability clearly with their team leads and team members. Timely responses to urgent communications are always expected, regardless of flexible schedules.
  • Team Lead Discretion: Team leads will work with their teams to implement flexible hours in a way that ensures project deadlines, client commitments, and team collaboration are not negatively impacted. Any adjustments to regular working patterns should be discussed and agreed upon with your team lead.

The Integrix is proud to be a 100% remote company operating exclusively within India. This allows us to tap into diverse talent across the country and offers unparalleled location flexibility for our employees.

  • Work Environment: Employees are responsible for maintaining a suitable and secure remote work environment that allows for productivity and uninterrupted work, including reliable internet connectivity.
  • Connectivity and Tools: The company provides the necessary tools and software for effective remote collaboration. Employees are expected to ensure they have the infrastructure to utilize these tools effectively.
  • Travel: While we are remote-first, occasional travel for team outings, team meetings, training, or client engagements may be required and will be communicated well in advance.

We recognize that sustained high performance requires dedicated time for personal rejuvenation, skill enhancement, and tackling individual priorities without work-related pressures. To support this, The Integrix offers 6 paid Personal Focus Days per calendar year.

  • Purpose:

    These days are specifically for employees to focus on their own priorities, which could include:

    • Deep work on a personal project or skill development.
    • Addressing personal appointments or errands without stress.
    • Mental well-being and rest.
    • Strategic planning for personal or career goals (unrelated to current project deliverables).
    • Observing personal or family events not covered by other leave types.
  • Usage:
    • These are not standard leave days to cover project work or address urgent team tasks. They are deliberately designed for personal, uninterrupted focus.
    • Employees are encouraged to log off completely and avoid work-related communications or tasks on these days.
    • Scheduling should be done in consultation with your team lead, with reasonable notice, to minimize any potential impact on team workflows. We encourage proactive planning.
    • Unused Personal Focus Days do not carry over to the next calendar year and are not encashable.

The Integrix supports a healthy work-life balance by providing comprehensive leave benefits to its employees. All leave entitlements are calculated on a pro-rata basis for employees joining mid-year.

  • General Leave: Employees are entitled to 31 days of paid general leave per calendar year. This leave can be used for vacations, personal time, or any other personal commitments.
  • Sick Leave: Employees are entitled to 6 days of paid sick leave per calendar year to manage personal illness or injury. For prolonged illness, a medical certificate may be required.
  • Paternal Leave: New fathers are entitled to 2 days of paid paternal leave per child, to be taken within a specified period following the birth or adoption of a child.
  • Maternal Leave: New mothers are entitled to 7 days of paid maternal leave per child, to be taken as per applicable Indian labor laws and company guidelines. This is separate from any statutory maternity benefits.
  • Menstrual Leave: Employees experiencing menstruation are eligible for 1 day of paid leave per month to manage discomfort. This leave is intended to support well-being and productivity.

All leave requests should be submitted in advance to your team lead through the designated HR portal, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen illness.

Given our flexible and remote work environment, The Integrix encourages employees to manage their workload efficiently within standard working hours. We prioritize output and work-life balance over fixed hours.

  • Voluntary Overtime: Any work performed beyond the standard working hours is generally considered voluntary and should be discussed and agreed upon with your team lead in advance.
  • Compensation: In adherence to Indian labor laws, any approved overtime hours that exceed statutory limits will be compensated as per applicable legal requirements. This compensation will be calculated based on the employee's gross salary and relevant legal provisions.
  • Avoiding Burnout: We strongly discourage habitual overtime and encourage employees to communicate workload concerns to their team leads to ensure sustainable productivity and prevent burnout.

  • Employees: Are responsible for understanding and adhering to this policy, communicating their availability, managing their time effectively, and ensuring their personal focus days are used as intended. They should also communicate any need for overtime to their team lead, and apply for leaves as per policy.
  • Team Leads: Are responsible for fostering a flexible and inclusive environment, approving reasonable accommodations and flexible work arrangements, ensuring team productivity is maintained, and managing/approving any necessary overtime and leave requests in line with company policy and legal requirements.

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Human Resources department and leadership team to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with The Integrix's values and operational needs.
