Affiliate Program Policy

• Application: To become our Affiliate, you must submit a complete and accurate Program application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Acceptance: Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate ID and access to our affiliate portal, which may include marketing materials and tracking tools.

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales or leads generated through their unique affiliate link, as specified in your affiliate agreement.
• Qualifying Sales/Leads: A qualifying sale or lead is defined as a transaction or action that is directly attributed to your affiliate link and meets all other criteria.
• Cookie Duration: Commissions are tracked using cookies with a specific duration (e.g., 30 days).
• Payment: Commissions will be paid out on a quarterly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Integrix.in using ethical and transparent marketing practices.

• Permitted Promotional Methods:
  • Placement of approved banners and text links on your website(s) or blog(s).
  • Inclusion of your affiliate link in email newsletters (provided they are opt-in).
  • Promotion on social media channels (with clear disclosure of your affiliate relationship).
  • Content marketing (e.g., reviews, tutorials) that genuinely promotes theIntegrix.in
• Prohibited Promotional Methods:
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or mass unsolicited communications.
  • Misleading Advertising: Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Integrix.in or its Services.
  • Brand Bidding: Bidding on theIntegrix.in brand terms (e.g., "Integrix," "Integrix.in", "theIntegrix" ) or variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Direct Linking: Direct linking to theIntegrix.in from PPC ads without a landing page.
  • Coupon Code Abuse: Promoting non-existent or expired coupon codes.
  • Forced Clicks: Using any means to force or trick users into clicking on your affiliate link.
  • Illegal or Unethical Content: Promoting theIntegrix.in on websites containing illegal, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
  • Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot use their own affiliate link to purchase theIntegrix.in products or services for personal use or for their own clients and earn commission on such transactions.

• FTC Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with theIntegrix.in in all promotional materials, as required by applicable laws. Examples include "As an Affiliate of theIntegrix.in, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases."
• Data Privacy: Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in their marketing activities.

theIntegrix.in reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of this Policy, fraudulent activity, or failure to generate qualifying sales. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Policy will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between theIntegrix.in and the Affiliate.

theIntegrix.in reserves the right to modify or update this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. We will notify affiliates of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
